Comprehensive tax reform is being prepared at Cannonball, a Miami foundation, and is on public view at Dimensions Variable, 100 West 11th Street, near Freedom Tower.
ReplyDeleteThe tax base is shifted from income to land, with charges on any ecological decline. Florida is a good state for starting: it has no state or city income tax. This system reduces sprawl, saves wild or green habitat, and supports jobs on infrastructure and architecture. The foreign policy that ensues restore s the Planet, not just the US.
